Reason: Users currently log into the My Swisscom Business portal using their username and password, followed by receiving a token via SMS as a form of two-factor authentication. Our engineering team is enhancing the security to a multi-factor authentication method. After the update, if you experience problems jumping to the DCS portal, please first make one of the following adjustments in your user properties in “Extranet Administration/User Management”, for example by adjusting the mobile number in the following way: - If your mobile number starts with +4179xxxxxxx, change to 004179xxxxxxx. - If your mobile number starts with 004179xxxxxxx, change to +4179xxxxxxx.
Impact: - Server Workload: Not affected. - Connectivity: Not affected. - Manageability: My Swisscom Business (Extranet) is unavailable during the maintenance window. - Cloud storage: Not affected.
