Change of factor authentication in My Swisscom Business May 6, 2025 22:00-23:00 CEST

Reason: Users currently log into the My Swisscom Business portal using their username and password, followed by receiving a token via SMS as a form of two-factor authentication.
Our engineering team is enhancing the security to a multi-factor authentication method.
After the update, if you experience problems jumping to the DCS portal, please first make one of the following adjustments in your user properties in “Extranet Administration/User Management”,
for example by adjusting the mobile number in the following way:
- If your mobile number starts with +4179xxxxxxx, change to 004179xxxxxxx.
- If your mobile number starts with 004179xxxxxxx, change to +4179xxxxxxx.

Start date: Tuesday, 06.05.2025, 22:00 CEST.
End date: Tuesday, 06.05.2025, 23:00 CEST.

Duration: 1 hour

Impact:
- Server Workload: Not affected.
- Connectivity: Not affected.
- Manageability: My Swisscom Business (Extranet) is unavailable during the maintenance window.
