This incident has been resolved. The login to My Swisscom Business is working again as expected since 17:52 o'clock of 6th May 2026. All affected systems remain under observation so that intervention measures can be taken immediately in the event of any deterioration.

Investigating
Dear Customer,
We have detected a disruption of the DCS+ cloud management capabilities. The following components are impacted;
* Login to Swisscom Extranet (My Swisscom Business) is not possible. Therefore, login to the DCS self-service portal is not possible either.
Workload & Connectivity services are not impacted.
Service restoration is underway by our engineering team. We will update this incident with the latest information on the remediation process as soon as possible. Please contact the service desk for urgent modifications.
